I love having Tuesdays off and today is no exception. I got to make lunch for my dad and uncle Grampy today! On our menu, is chicken salad wraps, cape cod chips, and pineapple for desert! Yummy for my tummy! So let's get down to it peeps: I use the food for life tortilla wraps, found at the grocery store freezer aisle...sooo yummy! Thaw it out and I did put it in the microwave for 10 sec. Just to ensure it wasn't cold. Chicken salad: I use a rotisserie chicken or if I have left over chicken Miracle whip (original is gluten free) 3-4 stalks of celery chopped 1/2 an onion chopped Mix all together and spread on the wraps and roll up. Cut in half. I serve wraps with cape cod waffle cut seasoned pepper chips and pineapple for desert.
